Come on, folks! Let's get a discussion started. People are lurking, but no one wants to be first.

Throw out some possible topics:

Keeping up the review during summer...how do you set goals or keep on top of it when the kid's lessons stop or are irregular?

What are the newest theories about learning? Discipline? Motivation?

Are you dealing with Tourette Syndrome? Auditory processing delay? Dyslexia? Do you need to learn to recognize learning disabilities in your own children or students? How does that affect a child's progress? Should we care? Or do we accept that each child is unique and will learn at her own pace, even a very slow one?

How do Suzuki students do when placed in very competitive (less nurturing) situation?

How do you deal with a conductor or music camp teacher who expects the students to read as well as they play? Do you warn them or tell the children to defend themselves in any way?

Any great harp recordings you love, old or new?
